The e-Learning Certificate in Research and Innovation for Sustainable Land Management (SLM) in Africa offers a focused learning pathway for students and practitioners. It presents essential concepts, methods, and tools to support impactful research and innovation for land restoration, sustainable resource use, and climate resilience, among others. Drawing on case studies from five BMFTR-funded research projects in Africa, the program highlights best practices and challenges. Participants will develop skills to connect research, policy, and practice, apply tools for systemic change, and strengthen their capacity for transformative SLM innovations in Africa.
